In the fall of 2010, Michel Godet, Philippe Durance and Joseph Coates were the guest editors of  a special issue of the highly respected international journal, Technological Forecasting and Social Change (TFSC) published by Elsevier.

Entitled Strategic Foresight (Volume 77, Issue 9, 2010), this special issue includes three sections History and Concepts, Methods, and Case Studies. Over two dozen articles from carefully selected contributors reveal how strategic foresight, or prospective, has developed in corporate, national, regional and municipal planning.  Both students and practitioners will benefit from reading this rich yet accessible special issue.
